Notes storage
Cloud
Optional storage only in this browser. Clearing cache/site data, deleting the browser profile or using private browsing can permanently lose these notes. Export TXT or ZIP regularly. The app does not separately encrypt local notes.
The cloud keeps its previous copy while you save locally. Switching back merges both: identical files combine; differing files are renamed with “local”. Transfer proceeds only if everything fits within 900,000 bytes, 200 TXT files and 50 folders, and the service has enough total storage available.
